BRISBANE BOOK LAUNCH

Following on from our successful book launches in Melbourne and Sydney in 2024, we warmly invite you to our Brisbane book launch on the morning of Friday 21 February 2025.

Join authors Fiona Krautil, Roman Ruzbacky for an interactive discussion and Q&A, moderated by James Hare, on what it means to be a fearless DEI practitioner in a time of uncertainty and resistance. We will discuss some of the qualities, traits and practices of the fearless DEI leader, including longevity and contributing to the legacy of others, and ‘finding your fearless’.

We will also touch on two DEI frameworks that we have created. One is to influence others, called the 3H model – Head, Heart and Hands. When effectively utilised, all three elements work together to champion the DEI transformation agenda. The second framework is a leadership model which represents leading one’s Self, Teams, and Organisations (STO). For effective DEI strategy design and execution, all three elements must work together.
